梅芸で観劇の時は大体お世話になってる とにかく便利 大阪駅からは歩くが梅田駅からは近いし、荷物が多い時はタクシーに乗ってしまえば新大阪駅の新幹線乗り場にも近い(時間的には電車より早い) ホテル名は何度も変わってるが、シャンプー類は昔から変わらずPOLAで、香りも質も悪くないので、ここに泊まる時は持参しない

大阪駅から少しだけ離れていること以外、非の打ち所がなかったです(遠い分静かでありがたくもあります)。最近ホテルの朝食は付けないことが多いのですが、とても評判が良さそうなので付けてみました。大正解でした。また、機会があれば絶対利用したいホテルの候補です。

梅田芸術劇場のそばでアクセスが良く、近くにコンビニやスタバもあります。部屋は狭いですが枕元にコンセントがあり、ホテル内に電子レンジもあり便利でした。ただ壁は薄いのか、隣室の咳が聞こえてきました。

劇場に近く便利なホテルです。大通りに面してるのと、道路の反対側に消防署があるので、道路側の部屋の場合は車やサイレンの音が気になるかもしれません。(夜は車通りは少ないみたいです) ホテルの横に22時頃まで営業してるドラッグストアがあるので、ちょっとした飲み物やお菓子を買えて便利でした。

建物が劣化することは防ぐことがせきずしょうがないことです。しかし、綺麗に保つことはできるはずです。 壁や床、浴室など。 とても綺麗に掃除が行き届いているとは言えなかったです。サイトで見る写真が綺麗なので余計に残念な気持ちがつのります。
