Rooms are small and very noisy. Doors are paper thin so beware of any private conversation you may want. Water pressure in the shower was awful, but the bed was super comfortable. The bar is only open until 6pm, but next door have a wonderful little tiki bar open with food all day/evening. Staff very friendly but I really found that with all the Belize nationals.

Liked the accommodations which included a nice-sized sitting room, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. Staff were all great. Liked the location on Sea Grape which is close but not too close to the congested and noisy center of San Pedro. Lots of stores, restaurants and fruit stands close by. One the downside: Hotel was supposed to pick us up at the water taxi terminal but did not. (Hotel charges 12.50 US for the 1/2 mile journey) Cushions on the lounge chairs were old, thin and uncomfortable. Like most hotels along the ocean there really isn't a beach so swimming is off a pier. The hotel's pier had no ladder to climb out of the water so you have to use the neighboring hotel's pier if you want to go swimming

The room was nice, it had a kitchenette and items you need to do some cooking if you are trying to save money by not eating out. We requested that they pull the couch out for a third that was staying in our room. I asked for blankets and pillows for it, took a few hours to get them. The housekeeping lady was nice and finally brought the blankets and pillows. Apparently they had run out? We happened to be sitting at the pool on Day two of our trip to find the maintenance man trying to get in with a tv. We asked him what he was dojnf. He said there was something wrong with one of the TVs. I said there wasn't but he still changed it. Then that evening Netflix and all the apps were gone! The bar closes so early, 6pm. The closest restaurant that I believe they say is part of the hotel is super expensive and required reservations. The restaurant was very accommodating though and fit us in to a last minute table for 3. Also, the restaurant is super fancy, we were very underdressed. The pools were cold. This says "on the beach" and it is on the beach. However it is not a beach you can swim at. There is a chanel directly in front with a retaining wall. There was no shower curtain. The staff were nice. We did get hustled by the transportation service that they arranged. We paid him cash and then they charged us for it again at the end of the stay and said we never paid him. I was over it at that point and chalked it up to a lesson learned.

The property was nice. The pools are very clean and gave it an elegant appearence. I didn't use them because I was out but I like the option. My room was very spacious which is rare. The shower was nice with a river rock bottom. Bed super comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Im glad I stayed a lil off the strip bc the golf cart fumes, traffic and busy downtown are a little much. I used a taxi for rides it was convenient and affordable and 10 mins or so each way (with the golf cart traffic). Holiday decor was beautifully done at the hotel. I would stay there again.

Staff was extremely Polite helpful, were clean unfortunately I didn't swim in them because it was raining. The restaurant which is adjoining has fantastic service and fantastic tasting meal. Dinner right would say is about 15% less than U.S prices.

This property was a great choice. It was located about 10 minutes away from the main area of San Pedro. It was clean, the staff was friendly and were happy to answer any questions we had. The time we're walking distance from the beach. We had an issue with our first room and the staff was so accommodation of a room change and even assisted with transferring our items. I can't recommend this property enough.

The best part was breakfast at the bar. The beautiful young lady that managed the bar had the coffee ready and mimosa. She knew what I wanted for breakfast every morning and took care of me as if I was the only person at the resort. She’s one of the best people I’ve ever met.
