阿波座駅のすぐ近くで交通の便がいい。部屋の広さや設備などはアンダー1万円ならこのくらいだろうというところ。きちんと清掃されているので清潔さは十分。シャワーの使い勝手は良かったが、エアコンは宿泊者が自分で温度設定出来ないので、夏場だったが部屋の空調は少し寒かった。
