The breakfast was mediocre. The towels were threadbare and the pillow cover edge was fringed. At one point, there was no water in the hotel lobby toilette. They had a big drum of water and a dipper one could use to flush the toilet. I expected more from this hotel. I only stayed at this site because I have 2 nieces who owned condos at Brittany Residence, making it more convenient for me. The also was also right in front of the SM Aura Mall. The location is very good. I had wanted to move to another hotel with better services and amenities. I hope this review will allow the Brittany Hotel Management to improve their services.

Love the breakfast, the highlight of the day. Elevators need improvement for maintenance since the hotel is located next to the mall and is popular to stay at for that purpose. Staff was always helpful that makes the stay more pleasant, and the pool was great for leisure relaxation and to take photos of the view. Thanks.

The breakfast was mediocre. At one point, the hotel lobby toilette did not have running water; there was a big drum of water with a scooper to flush the toilet and to be used to wash your hands. Totally unacceptable for a hotel! The towels were at times threadbare, and the pillow cover had edges that were fringed. The room needs additional floor lamps for illumination. The windows need to be cleaned. The staff were very friendly and helpful though. I only stayed for most of my trip because of the location and convenience of having family members nearby. Several nieces lived in condos at Brittany Residences and the property was across SM Aura Mall where there were restaurants and shopping. The location is a plus.

Rooms smelled of uncleaned bathrooms. I couldn’t sleep or shower. They didn’t even try to help us bring our luggage’s down from the taxi. Gave us 1 towel in each room and 1 key card. The condition of the hotel was not up kept.

Dirty bathroom red mildew all over tile. Check in counter told me my room included free breakfast then the waiter chased me all the way to the front desk and said I had to pay which I did but explained breakfast was included with my room and they just completely ignored me. Entire breakfast buffet food was cold. Only one towel in the room for mature couple. Windows were dirty and had paint splashes all over them. Will not be booking again.

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating to a couple of my special requests. Excellent mall literally across the street (SM Aura). Lots of attractions within a short Grab ride (e.g.; 120 pesos for 1-2 km ride: roughly 2 USD). Recommend.

Very clean, I got everything I need in our room. They even allowed extra family members stay with me for couple of days without extra charge. Very considerate concierge and staff. It’s next to Shoemart if you need to shop groceries and water. It’s near downtown BGC, everything is walking distance. Breakfast buffet is the best, quality vs quantity. I think it’s well thought, the menu. They have the Filipino menu mixed with international food. Very traveler friendly. I will recommend this place to a world class traveler anytime of the year. Will come back soon!
