We stayed for 1 night and booked a double queen bedroom room 402. It was very spacious, which was great. Only problem was there were a lot of brown-banded roaches, tiny ones, babies too, in the wardrobe, in the bathroom, on and in the drawers of the TV console, a lot of them were on the floor along the corners of the walls near the windows, even along the corridor towards the lift. We called front desk and asked for an insecticide spray and just sprayed the room ourselves; no point asking the staff to do it cos they should have done it prior to our check-in. Other than the roaches, here's what we liked about the hotel. Aircon was cold, no amenities except for shampoo and liquid soap. Towels were nice sized. Sheets were dirty with like grey markings. Drawer on TV console was broken. There was hot water for the shower. There was a free welcome drink which was nice. Dj was playing really good rnb, pop, reggae songs. There was karaoke rooms and pool tables. Next to the hotel was 7-11 and some eateries which was good. 10min drive to Venice Grand Canal Mall. No breakfast.

Dirty sheets. Dirty toilet and shower. No hand soap or hand towels. Charged me extra 1500 with no provided extra bed for extra person. Location is not ideal and surroundings is dirty. Parking is 150 per night and not easy to get in and out. I have stayed in Bulacan and Olongapo hotels and this is by far the worse hotel.

The room was horrible dirty bathroom dirty and had a water leak under the sink in the bathroom housekeeping had call everyday which they was not consistent on cleaning the room also wasn’t consistent with bringing or cleaning bed room or bringing towels which had to request every day and they said they were completely out towels for day I had never experimented staying in hotels like that every this hotel was discussing I rate this hotel a negative 10 Very poor rating

Problem is with the parking slot. It is expensive you need to pay for 150 pesos per night even if you are booked at the hotel.
