New management was very noticeable from the beginning. I’ve stayed there many of times always enjoyed being close, nice hotel & great breakfast but my last experience was not the same by far. Was told when I checked in that I had to pay parking for every day I was there which was 5 days & was told by the front desk it was a new rule by new management. I also was told I didn’t have a choice & it was too late for me to cancel of course because it was the day of. Then I was told my room wasn’t cleaned because my own personal blanket was on the bed & youll couldnt touch it. I went down to have breakfast & oh my word you'lls breakfast has even changed with new management. The service wasn’t good took me 20 minutes for a cup of coffee & the grits tasted like something I can’t even explain. I hate to be a “Karen” as this younger generation calls it but unfortunately if new management can’t come close to the last management you’ll will loose business.
