Small parking area, but not if people park appropriately. Beds were clean and comfortable, room was quiet. Full kitchen and sitting area. Slept well. View of the mountains, slight train noise during the night. Only spent one night.

Pretty decent rest stop option on your way to Edmonton, at least in my case. Staff are pretty chill and attentive. Rooms are a little dated but doesn’t take away from having a comfortable rest.

Nice to have a king-size bed. Our request to have a room with a bit of a view was missed so we looked out at a parking lot rather than the amazing view from the front, which was a bit disappointing. The hot tub and Sauna were both not functioning at the time and that was why we chose this accommodation, I offered my assistance to diagnose both of them "23 years in the industry" and that also fell on deaf ears or lack of communication. Overall the price was fair for what we received. The staff was great to sign in with and was ready and willing to help when we couldn't figure out the remote control.

Avoid if you can!

When we arrive there was no one at the desk, after repeated phone call attempts another customer finally made contact. Was going to send me to a room on second floor walk up, even though I'm disabled, he finally noticed and gave me a room on the main floor, right next to the stairs. It got worse from there the electrical was half not working, The toilet was child size, the room had doors on each side fortunately they were locked. The beds were absolutely horrid they were so old that they had handles on the sides! Not hard and firm, not soft and comforting, just a lumpy mess. No breakfast, not even a continental muffin and coffee, just one lousy coffee in an unwrapped paper cup in our room, barely enough for two. Note, we did take the middle two from a stack of four. This was like the seedy motels from old 1970's movies!!

The place is on the Spartan side - which suits this elderly couple just fine. We need a bed, suitably covered, to sleep in, a warm room, a bathroom with clean, working facilities, and a door that locks. All else is bonus.

Check in was good. Room #124 was clean and had everything you need! TV was good but very basic channels and remote didn't work great... but I managed fine! The room was nice and warm upon arrival. The one downside is it is on the first floor and about 8pm a family of very rude loud elephants (no offense to elephants) arrived in the room directly above and OMG, for three hours they were sooooo loud, it was awful. My suggestion, ask for a room on the second floor so you don't deal with this!! Other than the very rude people upstairs, the room was great for the night. There is a pub across the street and a&w for breakfast also.

Holes in walls electric wires running through adjoining walls couldn’t control heat it was cheap. There should still be a standard No Smoke detector plug ins are hot. I would give it a 0 rating Floors hadn’t been swept

Asked deliberately and solely if Hot tub was working… it was important. I was told yes it was working. Asked again at check in - yes it was working… Got to hot tub water was hot. Hit timer no jets. Called desk … um sorry jets are not working. I just ask for honesty. Found room clean but someone’s food in fridge. Staff are friendly and warm…
