Very cute motel, rooms are small but still spacious enough. Beautiful bathroom with heated toilet seats, nice on a cold night. Beds are comfortable. Easy friendly check-in. Great Hotel!

This hotel was a great find. Conveniently located near the expressways. The rooms are very clean and updated, the price was reasonable, the staff was all very friendly & accommodating. Silas, the owner, even created a "courtyard" outside our room with tables since we were staying for 2 weeks. This hotel will be our "go to" when we visit Rochester
