Very average, beds felt very dusty. A lot of the buttons in the room to control the temperature or curtains did not work very well. TV remote also required a few presses on each button, sound didn’t work until we had to call to have it fixed and some channels took a long time to load. Staff not the most pleasant. The spa and pool area was nice and relaxing. Overall the hotel was okay but would not rush back.

Beautiful, modern and spotlessly clean hotel. Fabulous room, sofa bed made up for us on arrival. Comfortable beds and lovely crisp bedding. Friendly and helpful staff. Special touches like the art pack on arrival for the children and the delivery of the birthday cake to our hotel room for our daughter’s birthday. All the mod cons in our room and the black out blind was such an added bonus. A view that went on for miles with floor to ceiling windows. Definitely worth visiting the very top floor if you want to see the whole city!! We loved our stay. The children wanted to stay forever and we will definitely return to this fabulous, unique hotel.
