Nice location in the city. Our room was in a new area of the hotel which was in a construction zone— no lift access after the 1st floor. We were on the 5th. Drains in BR were slow to drain. Excellent breakfast with efficient oversight by staff

Parkplatz im öffentlichen Parkhaus benutzt, ansonsten kann man bis zum auschecken nicht auf das Auto zugreifen. Sehr ärgerlich wenn man Ausflüge mit dem eigenen Auto plant oder für den Gepäcktransfer. Zimmer sind eher klein, Safe und Kühlschrank defekt, Ablauf der Dusche verstopft. Frühstück mit abgelaufenen Produkten (Konfitüre ) trockenen Brötchen und teils schimmliger Butter. Insgesamt sicher kein 4-Sterne-Hotel

The balconies have classic views of the square and little shopping streets. Many amazing restaurants right outside the door. When you want to quiet the sounds of singing and and enjoyment, the high quality windows do the job! It is an easy walk to the train, marina, shopping, restaurants, etc. And the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Wonderful location, soundproof windows kept it quiet, large room with many surface areas for luggage/ bags. Bed was comfortable, tv was tiny, but the internet worked well. Long walk from the train, but great choice if you want to be in the middle of everything!

The staff were very helpful with us arriving early and leaving bags to explore Sorrento. Great central location for walking downtown Sorrento and getting to and from ferry/train/bus. Lovely hotel, clean everywhere, friendly staff and breakfast is good.

Tudo ótimo, única questão que poderia melhorar é a qualidade do café da manhã. Tivemos dificuldade para estacionar e achar o hotel, optamos por estacionar num estacionamento particular por medo de sermos multados, pois na praça que fica a uns 500 m não tem vagas disponíveis e estava próximo do horário da ativação da ZTL. No dia seguinte um funcionário do hotel buscou o carro e levou para outro estacionamento, conveniado com um valor mais acessível. No mais foi tudo perfeito.

Este hotel es maravilloso, estuvimos muy contentas, muy bien atendidas, todo estuvo al 100, pero la ubicación, no puede ser mejor, esta’ a una calle y media del mirador don el ascensor para bajar a la playa y al puerto con ferris saliendo cada media hora a capri , Positano , Amalfi, etc. La calle llena de tiendas y restaurantes, lo tienes todo, hasta una silla de ruedas nos prestaron, y nos atendieron con una calidez asombrosa. No creo que haya un hotel, donde pongan todo su corazón, su tiempo y conocimiento para atender al huésped como este HOTEL ASTORIA, Les damos las gracias nuevamente y recomendamos este hotel con los ojos cerrados sabiendo que no habra’ mejor opción. The hotel is right in the middle of the old town and really convenient for everything around Sorrento. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have a traditional feel. As you are in the old town you will hear everything going on such as nightlife and church bells. The staff are really nice and always happy to help. Breakfast is a buffet type and a nice atmosphere albeit a bit quirky. There is a garden area which is a nice area to sit and have a relaxing drink at good prices.

Place was immaculate but the entry smelled like a garbage dump for 2 days. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were displeased with the room because the bed was more like a boxspring than a mattress and they put us in a room in the rear of the hotel. We had to negotiate 2 different elevators and 2 seperate sets of stairs to get to our room. We had 4 pieces of luggage and we are senior citizens. Biggest plus is the location.
