We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Steveston Waterfront. It’s in a lovely location, within a quiet neighbourhood, right next to the river and a short walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. We stayed in their 1-bed suite, which was very spacious with a large bed (felt like bigger than a King). The room was clean and very well kept, and had everything from cooking utensils to kitchen wipes. Check-in was digital, but we found it much more convenient and flexible than the tradition reception desk. The team was very responsive over email — replying to our questions within 15-20 mins. We’d definitely stay again the next time we’re in Vancouver. Highly recommended, and also for the amount of space you get with the price you pay.

超讚的住宿應該是新的飯店，裡面的設備相當新廚具都有只是湯鍋有點小，浴室水壓偏低，入住需要上網填資料才能收到密碼才能開門，沒有人員接待，家人旅遊選擇這裡很棒！步行到碼頭很近早上下午海邊散步很悠閒！

Wonderful location! We did the Cannery tour and thoroughly enjoyed learning about the area's history. Would have loved to do more. Met very friendly people in the neighborhood as well. We could not find our unit number 313 on the outside of building because there was not one. Fortunately, a lady was showing a couple to their unit and she helped as well. She was very helpful showing us how to get into the car park and building. Unit was very clean and comfortable, especially the sofa pull out bed. Didn't even know I was sleeping on a sofa bed. Main bed was comfortable as well for my friend. Having washer and dryer was plus, plus bonus, along with washing powder. Also bonus to have steamer for our clothes. Rental was perfect size for 2 people. Unfortunately, kettle did not work in our unit. On a whole, we loved it!

We stayed three nights on the weekend, overall we like the apartment, and was high standard. Coffee capsules & sugar was limited, we need to find cafe. Beautiful waterfront view, we were enjoyed our stayed.

The bayside neighborhood is so safe and quiet. The view of the bay/boardwalk was really nice and clean. If you are a walker or jogger, this is a place for you. Our condo was amazing. The host/staff was great. Oh, about the parking, we didn’t have trouble with street parking. Very safe and available.

Be sure to check your emails for the check-in procedure because it is completely electronic and if you wait to the last minute, you may have trouble getting in the hotel when you arrive. Other than that, it was a very nice place for us to enjoy time away with plenty of shops and restaurants Just a few blocks away. I would stay there again.

Guest Log-in was not useable, however, was able to easily confirm stay and check-in/out over the phone with the “front desk” staff. Very clean and bed very comfortable. Appreciated the kitchenette and washer/dryer, however, there was no anti-static sheet for dryer (there was washing detergent for washer). No anti slip mat or marks on tub - very slippery taking a shower. Electrical wall outlets in both bathroom and kitchen area were not secured very well and the sliding pocket doors to the bedroom and to the bathroom were very stiff and difficult to pull across to close and push back into the wall. Had to ask for more towels and face cloths to be delivered to our room - we stayed 3 nights and were only given one facecloth each! The bathroom fan did not work at all, despite us trying. No maid service available at all!! This was not listed in the ad when we were reading about the hotel before choosing it. Day 2 of our stay, I phoned and asked for maid service and was informed by the “front desk” that it is only provided if we were staying a minimum of 6 nights! The ceilings were ugly and very unfinished looking: exposed concrete and dirty with poorly painted white exhaust tubing and pipes - I think they were trying to go for a high end rustic uptown look, however they completely missed the mark and the tubes looked like a papier machet project an elementary school child may have created. For the above reasons, we will not be staying here again or advising others to do so.
