The hotel was close to the Aomono Yokohco station and easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the amenities like free breakfast and the bath. I wish I had utilized the bath on the first day too.

Such a lovely hotel to stay at with plenty of places around to eat! Was a bit confusing for one night due to there being two hotels in close proximity with the same name, however not an issue. There are not really many local convenience stores, but easily walkable, the train line needs to be connected to reach every area of Tokyo but allocating time is an easy fix. Amazing staff and experience, facilities were outstanding for the price.

Very nice hotel and just less than 10 mins walk from the station. They give a very generous and lovely breakfast which you will need with all the walking needed in Tokyo. Lovely and friendly staff and the hotel also offers an onsen spa which was a bonus. The only small setback was that the room was quite small for a family of 3 and the small bunk bed was not made when we arrived. But I will still stay in this hotel again and would recommend it too.

Everything is very clean, and staff is very friendly and helpful. However the room is very small, I traveled alone with a standard sized checked bag/luggage and I could only open it if I put it on the bed. A little bit of a walk from the station, but very easy to navigate.

The location was the main downside for us. There really is not much to do or see around the hotel. We stayed here our last night in Tokyo to be near Team Lab Planets and Haneda airport. Otherwise I would not recommend it for the location. The rooms were tiny, but clean and comfortable for a one night stay. Breakfast was okay, but not fabulous. We used the drink stations a lot. Also they stored our luggage both before and after our stay, which was a huge plus.

Terrible unpleasant checkin experience with a lady staff at the hotel. Room was too small that there was barely any space to move around with our suitcases. The hotel was somewhat distanced from a train station, so it was little tough to walk with big suitcases. Breakfast was fine but foods were not refilled and empty when we were there at 8:30 ish in the morning. Bath was small and very crowded, so waited 1 hour to get in.

We are a family of 3. Room comes with a bunk bed good enough for a teen. Room was very tight just enough walking space after all luggage was inside room. Washroom no joking measures 4 ft x 4 ft. If you are obese or over 5ft 9 you cannot sit on the toilet. We stayed for 7 nights and almost went crazy. Breakfast was excellent however !!! If you are a young couple who travels light or single traveler then its ok. In our family case never again
