WARNING: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!
This is not just a bad experience — this was a full-blown disaster disguised as a “hotel.” If you care even slightly about your comfort, safety, or mental well-being, steer clear.
The place runs on a faceless system that ditches any trace of actual hospitality. There’s no staff, no assistance, no one to talk to when things go wrong — and things WILL go wrong.
We thought we were booking a relaxing escape. What we got was a gloomy, ground-level unit straight out of a horror movie. The air inside was thick and musty, the shower barely functioned, and the bed? Like something salvaged from a yard sale. And this is what they have the nerve to charge premium rates for?
The first night was enough. Car alarms blaring for hours outside the bedroom, people shouting outside the window — we felt completely unsafe and on edge the entire time. Zero chance of rest, and 100% regret.
We contacted management the next morning with our concerns and asked for a refund for the nights we wouldn’t be using as we wanted to check out. Their solution? A flat-out refusal and a insulting $20 voucher for us to buy two sets of earbuds. Total slap in the face.
We left immediately regardless. Peace of mind and basic human comfort are worth far more than staying in this nightmare factory.
Save yourself the pain and BOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!
