We are a senior couple staying in this one bedroom unit for one week. We were staying in Blue Bay last year in another upscale one bedroom boutique hotel. Things we don’t like include: . Surprise utility charge of $40 on top of the unit rent . Low quality bed linen and mattress . Average cleanliness . Bothersome water dripping noise in the bathroom toilet The good things include: .The availability of property management to replace defective toaster and fry pan.
