Road access to the hotel is odd, on a narrow path beside rice fields. But the hotel is in an oasis of its own. The buffet breakfast was alright, with a cooked to order eggs. The location is remote.nothing nearby. You will need a car or driver or take taxi.

This hotel is a bit removed from the main tourist areas, but still close enough to reach several of them by motorbike in about 8 minutes. It’s an oasis that lets you escape the noise of the towns when you’re ready to relax. Very charming, nicely decorated, simple, and tasteful. The staff is incredibly friendly, the breakfast is good, and they offer bikes and motorbikes at a very reasonable price. The spa, although quite simple, has the best massage therapists we’ve encountered in all of Asia. Highly recommended!

Huge and very comfy bed. Good shower and also amenities. Yea and coffee in room and water. WiFi ok, perhaps a little slow but adequate for our needs. Just down the road from Hoa Lu old town (beautiful) and Trang Un river boat rides. A tour they organised took us up the Dragon Mountain. No need to go out for dinner, the food is MUCH better here and HUGE PORTIONS!

I have mixed feelings about this place. I really want to like them - the lush green surroundings and their rooms are pretty! The staff was very pleasant though some may need a bit more experience. They opened the breakfast at 6:30am for us, even though start time was 7am. The ladies at the spa were amazing! The tamarind fish at dinner was surprisingly delicious, everyone loved it! Where they fell a bit short for me was their breakfast buffet - it lacked options and felt like food was prepared the night before (all the stuff that should be warm was stone cold), not a croissant to be seen. And I am not a huge breakfast person but when I asked for a Togo cup for my coffee (it was 7:30am and all I want is coffee for breakfast and we were pushing off for a tour) I was told its 55K VND. If you want a glass of wine, better bring your own - they only stock bottles and only the pricier bottles (the cheapest one on offer was 670k VND). Oh and they only give one room key and reception closes by 11pm. It was an adventure trying to get my mom back into her room at 11:15pm after we got done with our massages, my dad was fast asleep and reception was closed. The ladies at the spa had to help us out! TLDR the place is nice, the staff is wonderful. However there are certain management controlled things that make me feel like we are being taken/nickled and dimed.

Beautiful oasis tucked around rice fields.

This is a lovely resort that offers peace and calm after coming from Hanoi. The grounds are lush with an inviting swimming pool. They offer bikes that you can ride around on which was lots of fun. The rooms are well appointed. Be aware you are not really close to amenities but taking a bike or a Grab to go into town to eat is very easy. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. We can recommend staying here!
