位置很棒，附近有市集算熱鬧，離超市也不遠 搭機場公車，下車後沒有走很遠，很容易找到 飯店附近有很多步行可到的博物館 唯一缺點就是房間真的蠻小的

About 2 minutes to tram station of 16 & 24, so it's easy to get to everywhere. Single room is small, but it's quiet to get a good sleeping.

Amsterdam’daki seyahatimiz sırasında Hotel Bloom’da konakladık ancak ne yazık ki beklentilerimizin oldukça altında bir deneyim yaşadık. Otelin konumu güzel olsa da hizmet kalitesi ve genel konfor açısından ciddi eksiklikler vardı. Oda temizlik seviyesi yetersizdi; özellikle banyo hijyeni konusunda daha dikkatli olunmalı. Oda günlük olarak temizlenmediği gibi, havlular da düzenli olarak değiştirilmedi.

Firstly, the rooms are fine. Bit tired and rundown but for a couple of nights I could deal with this for the benefit of the relatively central location. We were in a basement room which, be warned, is noisy. You'll have a window that is literally at ground level to the outside which is a busy main road so you'll get foot traffic, car traffic, and shouting 24/7. We were relatively satisfied until checkout when I handed my one key card to the girl on reception who couldn't wait to tell me that the person who checked us in had put two in the system and that "this will have to be charged". When we checked in we were asked how many key cards we wanted and we asked for one and were given one. This was clearly a ploy to keep the €50 cash deposit you have to handover when you arrive. I told the girl we had only asked for one and she rudely and aggressively just kept saying the system said we had two and repeated that it would be charged. To cut to the chase I asked her if this was her way of keeping our deposit to which she asked me to be polite. It was all absolute nonsense and she then continued to repeat the word "politeness" to me without answering my questions, then continuing to go on about the second key card we never had in the first place. I made it clear I was not leaving without the deposit at which point she banged around and handed me a €50 note and kept saying "politeness". I was perfectly polite but there's not a chance I'm falling for a blatant con like this.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was acceptable for the price, bed was comfortable. Carpet is old and badly stained, needs to be replaced.

Great location and very friendly staff. The hotel is however in a really bad state. My linens and towels had holes in them, the window and bathroom door could not close properly. The bed was tiny and very uncomfortable.

This is a two-star hotel and it would be unfair to expect any kind of luxury for the price I paid in a major European capital city. The floor of my room wasn't even, which meant that one side of the bed was slightly higher than the other and the window was propped open by the TV remote control when I arrived. The bed was immediately next to the window, so it was draughty with the window open, but too hot with the window closed, and light got through underneath the curtains. As I say, for the price I paid, I have no complaints and I was only staying one night (which is one of the reasons I decided to go cheap). I wouldn't have wanted to stay for any length of time though, as the lack of sleep would have had a negative effect on my enjoyment of the city.

O hotel tem uma localização excelente, ao lado da Heineken e super perto do centro. O quarto é minúsculo, não tem espaço de circulação para duas pessoas e três malas, ficamos muito apertados. Além disso, para nós não foi um grande problema, mas não pudemos abrir a janela pois ela dava literalmente pra rua, todos podiam te ver. O Wi-Fi funcionava bem.
