A localização do hotel é excelente. Porém, os quartos são muito pequenos e apertados, com todas minhas malas e do meu amigos, não conseguíamos nos mover direito dentro do quarto. Pedimos água a funcionária e ela mandou pegarmos a água da torneira do banheiro.

Very reasonably priced for the location and quality. Room was basic but functional. Bed a little uncomfortable and mattress narrow, however quiet room and the shower worked fine.

I don’t think the hotel ever cleaned. The bed sheets was probably the only thing changed between visits. Quite the disgusting hotel. Never book it. The rooms was small and simple, which was expected, but i was expecting it to do be clean to which they completely failed

The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was small but cozy and the sheets were clean. The location was nice. The building was older but it is as expected and added to the atmosphere of the location. Super convenient to the food, museum area and the metro is also close by. And of course the cute cat!

Very old building with outdated furniture and amenities. The lift/elevator is extremely small. The stairs are very small and steep, kind of risky. The staffs are very nice and helpful.

The hotel is so convenient it’s literally two stops on the Metro From Central Station. You walk across the bridge and you’re there . The location is brilliant . Museums just 5 minutes walk down the road. The canal boats across the road . Shops and food places just 2 minutes walk . The only think I would say is bring ear plugs . It can be little noisy .

The staff were nice, but the rooms were so unclean we ended up paying for a new hotel with no refund. There were massive stains on the sheets and carpet with hair all over the bathroom. We tried to clean it up ourselves before deciding we’d rather pay for two hotels than stay in this one. Great location, but the cleanliness was barely one star in itself unfortunately.
