Lovely stay for both couples, the only disappointment was we paid extra for some birthday treats and messages for each room, the messages were directly from the mother for a special birthday for both twins, the hotel only left the heartfelt message in one of the rooms and the other one just had a standard message from the hotel, this was a bit disappointing and unfair on one of the twins and very upsetting for their mother when she found out :( Everything else was great!

3rd stay here. First time as the only adult with 2 small kids. Room was great, kids loved the pool we visited each day different times of day. The idea is great. Futuristic. And the beds are fantastic. However, being located where they are. And the quality of what they’re selling, is extremely overpriced. They take a deposit per night, which is 150 euros. So if you’re staying a few days, might want to take that in to consideration. Breakfast is sub par, and 60 euros a day. And they give us ”platinum members” two cups of sparking water or ”syrup” water, which is 3.5 euros. It’s kind of wild.
