확실히 세월의 흔적은 있긴 합니다만 (욕조, 샤워기 등) 그래도 성수기 이가격에 하루 이틀 보내기 무난합니다. 에어컨청소는 좀 필요할 것 같구요 주방 시설은 그릇에 녹이 좀 있고 사용하기는 어렵다고 보시면 됩니다. 이왕 주방 시설을 갖추었다면 사용할수 있게 해주시면 좋겠습니다.

에어컨이 노후해서 그런지 실외기 소음이 많이 느껴졌어요. 오래된 시설이지만 나름 관리를 하고 계신다는것이 느껴졌고 전반적으로 가성비에 만족했습니다.
