Great Stay — Would Visit Again! The room was spacious, clean, and had all the essential amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. What a great experience! The suite we were given was beautiful and spacious. It also had an amazing view. The communication was always quick. Only downside was the cost to park your vehicle was high, i wish it was included in the price or atleast a discount for stsying multiple nights. Either than that everything was great.

Loved the Kasa. Location was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, with out of this world views. Waking up looking at the Hollywood sign is a lifelong memory. Recommend the Kasa!

Good place, if a bit noisy

Overall, this was a nice place to stay. The location is not bad, though it is a bit of a walk to the Chinese Theater and surrounding things to see. It is probably a bit too far if with smaller children. The parking was difficult to see, but based on other reviews and street view on a maps site, that was easily overcome. It is very convenient, but it is pricey. The room itself was nicely appointed and spacious. The bedroom was on the far end from the living area which gave a bit of privacy if the fold-out couch was being used as an additional bed. There were no doors, though. The room we had is actually laid out in such a way that it faces three sides of the building. This would have been a real treat except that we were on the third floor. There's is a building with various business surrounding the Kasa building on three sides. We couldn't see past this building to the surrounding area. Higher floors could have, though (4th maybe, or 5th, and higher). That was a slight negative. The only other real negative was that the road noise was quite loud. There was a highway nearby, but even the noise from the street out front was louder than we expected. Overall, the stay was quite nice, if a bit too loud for our liking.

Wish they had parking included because it is a bit of a hustle to find parking around every day but other than that pretty decent for the money you pay. Also nice views, although it was a bit obstructed by the commercial adv they had hanging on one side of the building

Great units, the view would be great if it wasnt blocked by a giant billboard on the window or the Netflix HQ Building directly in front of the windows. Decent parking space althought narrow and difficult to navigate. Great location, just be careful at night. Very nice room, very clean and very responsive hotel management (I think its an AI though). Weird. overly sweet odor in the room. Management says it was the cleaning oroduct used and had us leave the room for an hour to run an ozone treatment in the room. However I believe they did not do so and simply said they did (lied) as the room was no different afterward. Overall good experience.
