The room was super cute and decorated beautifully. One draw back, and this was my doing because we booked through Hotels.com. We received zero instructions on door codes, how to unlock doors, how to lock doors. I had to call the property for assistance. I will go through the property next time. Other than that it is a great property with a really good bar and restaurant onsite. A bit difficult to get out of the property especially if you want to go North on Courtenay. You have to go South and turn around to go North, and that is a very busy area and dangerous intersection. People drive really fast.

The Kokomo Houseboat is absolutely beautiful. Very clean and well kept. It was so peaceful on the water and we were able to see 4 dolphins swimming by. Check-in was easy. Bed was super comfortable. And restaurant for dinner was delicious and right at the end of the boat slips. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back. Thanks so much.

Such a beautiful gem, we can't wait to return. Sparkling clean with comfortable beds and beautiful views on the water, enjoying sunset and watching the birds at sunrise. Dolphins swam by the boat in the morning, and there's a lovely restaurant with tiki torches at the marina for drinks or dinner. We can't wait to return!

The house got was buitful, just big enough for two people. I did a couple loads of laundry wirh no issues. I think next time, i would like try the two bedroom house boat. We didn’t spend much time on property. The location was convenient for us and our itinerary. We had a clean and comfortable stay. Communication with the property manager was excellent. She was very kind and helpful giving us a little extra check out time so we could shower after the Space Coast Marathon.
