A quiet, well managed property on State Street, walkable to the SB Public Market which is a great upscale food court—also near plenty of shopping. A short drive to the harbor and beach. They also have a little snack shop in the lobby…Very pleasant and nice people.Would stay here again.

The property manager was very helpful and courteous. He was very professional and wanted to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The parking is sufficient and located right outside your room. Good walking neighborhood if you like walking. Gas station right across the street. Easy drive (or long walk) to Mission Santa Barbara and shopping area on State St. Best of all, very clean and quiet room.

Good location, affordable price, decent condition. Bed is old but A/C blows cold and shower has strong pressure. We stayed here to see a show at the Santa Barbara Bowl and the venue was within walking distance, safe part of town. I’d stay here again for an overnighter.

I liked that the property was near restaurants and bars on State Street. The staff was kind and helpful. Rooms are clean but the walls and ceilings are very thin and you can hear everything. Do not stay there if you plan to get a good night's sleep.

Very friendly, helpful staff checking in and out. Convenient for us and easy to find. One small thing -- watch out for the metal bedframe under the mattress. It's easy to kick and makes a huge noise like thunder that I actually heard a room away.

Nice motel with a good location to Main Street. Unfortunately, our room was relatively noisy, as we had a room right next to the pool filter system. The rooms were spacious but we didn't have a hairdryer in the room. In general, the hotel was overpriced with $160 a night

I never actually stayed here but the front desk clerk was nice enough to give me a refund because she could not find the room I wanted. Awesome hotel for that, sometimes the hotel will not provide a refund even if you have a valid reason but this hotel truly cares

Property was on State Street, the main drive in Santa Barbara. However it was next door to a 7 Eleven and a gas station across the street. Rooms were clean, basic, and simple. Acoustics between rooms were not good, I could hear my neighbors TV late into the night.

The property seemed ckeaned and maintained. Employees were nice and professional. The issue was the bed being old style with springs (how it felt) and the metal sheet going around the bottom preventing feet going under. As a result we hit it throughout our stay many times as a habid that made a loud sound.
