Cons / Areas for Improvement:
Lack of signage: No clear direction for check-in upon arrival
Unprofessional check-in: Done in-room, from a linen-filled space; no help with luggage
Sparse amenities: Only 2 towels, 1 small soap, 2 shampoo packets; no tissue or extra toilet paper
Unreliable internet: Frequently crashed; only available until 9 PM
Privacy issue: Staff entered room without knocking to light fireplace
Towel shortage: Borrowed from neighboring room instead of bringing new ones
Disorganized coffee service:
Must be requested; 45-minute wait
Damp sugar packets, limited supply
Not replenished timely on Sunday (no cups, sugar, or enough coffee)
Only 15 cups brewed on a weekend felt insufficient
Housekeeping issues: Trash not emptied daily
