This is by far the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I will never stay at another Travelers Inn or OYO. The room was absolutely disgusting and wreaked of something nasty. I assumed partially cigarette smoke but the staff said nobody smoked in there. There was holes in the wall. Probably a case of caulk used all over the bathroom. The toilet looked relatively new but the rest looked to be about 50 years old and VERY used. There was all kinds of I don't know what all over the walls too. I'm surprised Hotels.com would associate themselves with this hotel. the staff were professional, no complaints there. At the time, I was too exhausted by the time I checked in to complain about it. Note to others, never reserve a place without room pics. And certainly don't stay here! I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND IF THAT IS POSSIBLE!

The room was incredibly dirty and smelled strongly of smoke. We paid extra for a king bed but they didn't have any king rooms. The sink still had toothpaste residue from the last person and was covered in grime and bugs. The toilet also was dirty. The bedding was stained and had holes in it. The staff were at least friendly but you couldn't pay me to stay here again.

At first we had no towels and then they brought me and my husband one towel and then we try to take a shower and the shower head was gone plus it was so stopped up you couldn't take a shower without it overflowing not to mention the cockroaches that were everywhere the dirt and nasty gunk with all over everything. It's was just so filthy. It literally looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Holes in walls and dirt all over walls.

Run down creepy reptiles in dishes on counter, oh and they cancelled my reservation without ever informing me said they are not allowed to notify when reservations get cancelled. So you may show up thinking you have a place to stay but that's not the case.

We had a reservation, but when we got there, we were told they were overbooked and didn't have a room. It actually turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The motel is in the ghetto and when we pulled into the parking lot, people were staring at us, that appeared to be high or drunk.
