Terrible, won’t stay again even if it was free

Customer service was not helpful or knowledgable. They showed lack of interest to help anyone and outwardly exhibited signs of exasperation because customers needed things. Anyone that works in customer service knows not to talk about a current problem in front of other customers. However, this team lacks this. Not just 1 person, yet all 3 that I observed. Which I heard while I was in the lobby while waiting for my room. I knew if I had any problems they would be of no use. Called at 12pm, to see if I could check in early. They said they don’t allow that in the summer. I understand that. Didn’t ask any details about my upcoming stay to see if there was anything they could do. Got there and waited in the parking lot at 1:30. 2pm, I asked if I could use the bathroom and they said they didn’t have one. 3pm, check in time my room isn’t ready. I watched 12 people get a room before I got my room. I got into my room at 4pm. Heard every step everyone upstairs took. Heavy Water damage on the bathroom door, stains all over every single one of the pathways, trash everywhere outside, says it’s smoke free but there’s buds all over the property and it smells like smoke. Checked out a day early cause it was just gross & miserable experience and I’d rather be at home. Didn’t feel safe from the noise outside. Couldn’t report it since the customer service was non existent.

Never judge a room by its pictures

The room faced a busy street, so it was noisy all night. The ventilation system was connected to the window so the windows allowed noise to travel inside the room. Also, there were minimal outlets and no toiletries in the shower.

Great location and staff, needs updates

The woman who lives and works here is an amazing woman. She was so welcoming when we arrived and helped answer lots of great questions. The property/rooms were unfortunately a different story. We had two rooms. Our room had mold on the ceiling and on the shower caulking. The Inn could really use to update a few things, and removing the carpet would be one of the updates. On the outdoor stair case closest to the lobby has a rusted metal piece that was sticking out to catch anyone's toe wearing open toed shoes. It gave me pause and I used the other staircase. I really enjoyed the location and the owner. The coffee in the morning was great and the staff seemed to care greatly. I just think some modifications are needed. In the other room, there wasn't mold but the door to the bathroom had a hole punched in it. I know these days it's hard to keep up with so much turn over, but it was off putting to see that in a hotel room.

This is a decent place for a night stay. because it is next to highway 101, despite pretty good isolation, the room was still a bit noisy. Some decor needs an update as there are chips on the door, leftover "hole" on the bathroom door insight the bathroom. Positives: Good bed, good size room and good size bathroom, all amenities were good too.

Overall it was fine. Check-in was quick and easy, staff was friendly. It was a standard two-bed room, with a nice mini-fridge and Keurig. Really close to a lot of food options and grocery store. We were only there two nights, mainly just to sleep while visiting the park.

Not good at all

Initially the front desk staff was incredibly unfriendly and not helpful. Completely not welcoming. The room was kinda gross. The bathroom door near the handle was almost black with grime from use. There was no lock on the bathroom door and the ventilation was non-existent. The whole place was trashy looking. We were in the second floor and the floor up above us was incredibly noisy- lots of creeks and footfalls all night.
