Words cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay at Valley Resort. Communication was so easy via WhatsApp. We were met in the village and taken in the back of a truck to the resort – the views of the desert on the way were absolutely incredible. Upon arrival, they helped us arrange a sunset tour of the desert, and this was a highlight of our whole trip! The resort itself is paradise in the middle of the desert. Every amenity is so thoughtful – from the gorgeous pool, outdoor gym, archery and games space. There is even a platform above the resort to enjoy the stars. We stayed in one of the Martian bubbles, and the room was flawless. Spotless, great air conditioning, super comfortable bed…and the view through the panoramic windows is truly unforgettable. Our room came with dinner and breakfast – the food was outstanding. We also ordered lunch from the onsite bar/cafe, which was also delicious. Overall, the only negative was that we only booked one night. We cannot wait to return to Wadi Rum, and to stay at this wonderful resort again. Thank you, Valley Resort!

A fabulous resort in the middle of the Wadi Rum protected area, so with wonderful views of the desert by day and the Milky Way by night. Our Martian dome exceeded our expectations, with a very modern ensuite, WiFi, AC and a proper front door. The hotel felt like new, extremely clean and modern and the staff were extremely professional, attentive and friendly. The manager even came over after midnight to remove a light which was effecting our starry sky photographs - for service, that is away beyond the normal! We had a driver, Aied, who looked after us whilst we were there. He supplied transit to the hotel and back from the car park in Wadi Rum Village, since there are no roads across the desert. He took us for a drive around the dunes and took us for sunset at a great site on our first evening, then took us out for the following day through some spectacular scenery to visit all of the main sights - a good driver with very good English, so we learned a lot. Be aware that the drivers only take cash, not credit cards, but there is an ATM at the visitor centre. If you are considering Wadi Rum, don't miss thie spectacular region, and the Valley Resort is an excellent choice

Out of this world experience

An amazing experience.. a truly magical setting a totally unique resort with a pool. The attention to detail in the Martian domes is incredible and I did have a look in the suites and you feel your in a 5* hotel room but in a setting like no other ! Staff couldn’t do enough for me. I didn’t want to leave !! Thank you all
