The furniture was old but in good condition. The room was clean but really needed un update in carpeting and drapery. The building also was in desperate need of a paint job. But the bed was comfortable.

Inexpensive basic accommodation

Clean, basic, accommodation for a one night trip. The entire building is a little worse for age and where and needs a major facelift. The room offered a fridge, microwave and sink with a few dishes and a bit of cutlery, but no dish towels nor soap for washing up.
