The Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, the exterior and interior of the property was well maintained, clean and modern. The room was a lovely size with. The only issue was the noise from other guests above, apart from this we had a very comfortable stay.

Located in a great location with earls court tube station and shops in 4 mins with decent atmosphere, room was clean, staffs were helpful, and complimentary laundry room was very useful. But the bed was too soft (for me) and towels didn’t seem to be washed professionally as those were not as white as you’d expect from a conventional hotel. And it would be really handy if they provide a disposable flat mob or some sort as there was only a tiny table broom that I had to crawl to clean the floor. Other than that, all satisfactory!

Fantastic location for being able to easily get there from the airport. The tube station is very close and an easy walk. That particular station also has lines going to the major sites. Apartment was very clean (and I am extremely picky). They also have free washers and dryers, which are extremely helpful. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but still has shops and restaurants by the tube station. This is a great place to stay!

The room was very clean and just the right size for the three of us my husband I stayed in the bedroom and my sister-in-law stayed on the couch folded out into a bed. We stayed for 4 days - My only suggestion is for them to leave an extra trash bag in the where they have the dish detergent, we had a wonderful time - we book it again if we ever traveled in this area from the USA

Unfortunately not a good experience for us. The room is far smaller than the pictures make out and we were given a room on the second floor, with two babies, a whole lot of luggage, and no lift. We asked for help or to change our room, even a smaller one, and were declined. I emailed the property and was disappointed with their response, which seemed to make excuses rather than take responsibility for an unfortunate situation. Would not stay here again, especially with any more than two people
