The room was excellent, however I asked for a standard room and the room included features like a big jetted tub and deck. The tub did not work and had ants, the radio/stereo did not work and several outlets did not work. No microwave. Listening said it included airport shuttle but it did not. I feel like I wanted a standard room but paid for a more expensive room where many of the features did not work.

The pictures look nicer than it is. In reality, the rooms are rather basic (no extras, like Kleenex or conditioner etc.), the pool is small and the chairs around it are all taken. The hotel restaurant food was not great and they did not understand my daughter's allergy (even with a Spanish allergy card) and put food on her plate that she could not have for dinner. (For instance, the waiter said a baked potato had cream on it. When it came out with a thick gray gravy, after several questions, he said it had mushrooms and bacon and who knows whatever else.) The shuttle ride to the beach is trafficy and the beach had a huge cruise ship in front of it. So it's not very scenic if a ship is there, although the water and sand were smooth. The beach restaurant is nice and the food was good; there are bathrooms in the restaurant but I thought it would be a small beach club with a changing room or shower. The hotel was fine. It would have been fine if we wanted something more bare bones or more local/non-chain. But we wanted relaxation after spending a week in busy Mexico City. We ended up leaving Villa Blanca two days early and spending extra money to go to an all-inclusive hotel instead, because we wanted relaxation and good food, not stress and iffy service. (Oh and iffy wifi service too, which is an issue for teenagers and others.)

La publicidad fue engañosa no contaban con acceso directo/ y o exclusivo a la playa el lugar y las imágenes que publican es un restaurante con el que tienen convenio en una playa que está a más de kilómetro y medio del hotel, la comida del restaurante no es buena, me asignaron fue una habitación donde no contaba con las amenidades de baño tenía los botes de shampoo pero estaban vacíos, en conclusión fue muy decepcionante la experiencia en el hotel Villablanca ya que no cumple con lo ofrecido. No lo volvería a utilizar

Best place for Breakfast in Huatulco Spelling of names is probably off Starting with Hosesway love him Greeting us in the morning with freshly brewed coffee Moses, Ricardo, Tomas, Oliver at the front desk, and tour operator/security. Also the hard working housekeeper that cleaned our room, just to name a few staff. Manager is always walking around checking everything. They are always keeping the property up this time we went it was painting. Can't say enough about Villa Blanca, We love it there! We are going twice a year now.

Buena limpieza en el hotel. Para empezar nos cambiaron la habitación por una “mejor” lo cual era muy incómodo ya que tenía el piso de madera y al momento de pisar era mucho ruido, el trato del bufet muy malo ya que la mayoría de turista es extranjero y la atención era para ellos, al momento de preguntar la dinámica para servir los alimentos me comentó el mesero que ahí estaban los platos y se tiene que servir usted con una pésima actitud y para los extranjeros hasta le llevaban sus alimentos a la mesa.
