Online does not reflect in-person. Expected more for the price. The front desk was very nice and attentive. Got us checked in early and checked out later. Hotel could use some updating. Ok hotel for one night stay.

My trip to the casino from quality Inn

Compared to a lot of other hotels, this was great hooked up wasn’t too expensive. It was clean. They had breakfast will disappointed, cause I want eggs. The staff was very friendly and nice willing to talk. The pool was clean and there was plenty of shelter in case it rained. The parking was a little difficult if you can’t walk. They had security and I only saw one homeless person. I would definitely stay there again and again and again.

Comfortable hotel stay

Hotel was kept clean and smelled clean. Water pressure in the shower was weak. But otherwise a pleasant experience. We would stay here again. Beware there are a lot of homeless on the streets around the hotel, but this isn't the hotels fault. We zero issues and felt safe while on property.

Good stay

Comfortable and quiet. We had a quick one night stay and were happy with the room. The bed was clean and the bathroom was as well. Some areas of the hotel were a little questionable and the area was kind of scary, bad neighborhood. Some homeless people hanging out around the property. But we had no issues from them during our stay. Also parked our vehicle for 10 days on the property and no issues.

Friendly Staff

The staff was excellent and super friendly. The issues I had were with the room. There was some sort of musty smell as soon as you walked in and no amount of spray could cover it up. I also had to kill a couple of roaches in the bathroom. My allergies were terrible and I’m not sure if it was from something blooming outside or if it was from whatever the source of the musty smell was. The bed was comfy though and all the linens were clean. Not sure that I would stay here again though.

What a terrible stay. My family and I stayed one night before leaving for a cruise. We arrived around 930 after a 18 hour drive. We pulled in and people were smoking weed in the parking lot. Then when I checked in they informed me there was no crib even though we requested it at booking and called earlier in the day to confirm it was ready. We arrived at our room and found dingy furniture, water damaged ceiling, and it smelled like weed. The next morning, we had to bring a voucher to get access to the free breakfast and then when we checked out, there was a homeless encampment outside. Would never bring my family back here. If I was staying any longer, I would have left to go someplace safer.

Even tho I prepaid on the hotels app, the hotel called me and said I needed to pay them or my reservation would be canceled. So now, I’m out twice the room fee, spent an hour on phone with hotels.com and still no response from the property. Also, the area was terrible and scary - and I normally like budget hotels.

Experience staying at at this place

One of the lady’s at the front desk was really nice but the first floor had a very strong odor of Mariguana the entire time we stayed witch was 3 days and when we brought it up to another front desk lady got mad and very defensive I wouldn’t stay there again specially if you have kids with you

Nice stay

Overall stay was good. I do wish breakfast was until 10 on weekdays and 11 on weekends. Last night we were there the keycards for the entire hotel stopped working. Waited over 1/2 hour to get into our room. They did their best but it wasn't fun waiting until after 10 to get in.
