As soon as you walk into the hotel, cigarette smoke hits you. Renovations are being done right now, so it can be a bit chaotic during the day. The pool was closed the whole time during my stay. This hotel also can’t seem to keep clean or extra washcloths. It was such a struggle to get extra washcloths, but I eventually got them. The room itself was nice and clean. Also, once you exit the hotel’s parking lot, you can see that we’re not in the best part of the city from the beggars/homeless hanging around the corner. The breakfast could also be a bit better. Cereal, fruit, and waffles were the only items available. If you’re looking for something fairly cheap and quick, then book this hotel. If you want an actual hotel that has good room service/hospitality, hearty breakfasts, a pool, and nice scenery, then I suggest you look elsewhere.

Would not recommend

Phil DUSTY like it had been closed up for a while and not fresh. Did not eat the food. The hotel was under construction the free breakfast consisted of cold foods only and too many homeless people in and out of the hotel looking like they hadn’t bathed or showered in weeks sleeping out on the lawn, the pool was black not comfortable at all

Good location near Busch Gardens

Hotel location is good, near Tampa Busch Gardens (10 minutes driving). Free parking and breakfast are included. The swimming pool area is large and towels are available at front desk. It has cleaning room service. Front desk staff is friendly.

Beds were EXTREMELY FIRM. Not in a good way. The AC was out and it was extremely hot in the lobby but the biggest disappointment was their “continental” breakfast.

It was awful. The hotel has to have a fence around due to the area it is in. The toliet quit working at 2:30am(it would t flush) called the help desk and no one showed up after they said they would be there in a minute. We saw several roaches and bugs in the room.

My trip to the casino from quality Inn

Compared to a lot of other hotels, this was great hooked up wasn’t too expensive. It was clean. They had breakfast will disappointed, cause I want eggs. The staff was very friendly and nice willing to talk. The pool was clean and there was plenty of shelter in case it rained. The parking was a little difficult if you can’t walk. They had security and I only saw one homeless person. I would definitely stay there again and again and again.

Comfortable hotel stay

Hotel was kept clean and smelled clean. Water pressure in the shower was weak. But otherwise a pleasant experience. We would stay here again. Beware there are a lot of homeless on the streets around the hotel, but this isn't the hotels fault. We zero issues and felt safe while on property.

Good stay

Comfortable and quiet. We had a quick one night stay and were happy with the room. The bed was clean and the bathroom was as well. Some areas of the hotel were a little questionable and the area was kind of scary, bad neighborhood. Some homeless people hanging out around the property. But we had no issues from them during our stay. Also parked our vehicle for 10 days on the property and no issues.

Friendly Staff

The staff was excellent and super friendly. The issues I had were with the room. There was some sort of musty smell as soon as you walked in and no amount of spray could cover it up. I also had to kill a couple of roaches in the bathroom. My allergies were terrible and I’m not sure if it was from something blooming outside or if it was from whatever the source of the musty smell was. The bed was comfy though and all the linens were clean. Not sure that I would stay here again though.
