Good for a family trip

It’s a very comfortable, modern and clean room. The location is not walking distance to the city centre but uber is easy and reasonable priced. A large supermarket is just next door. I still prefer a face to face check in process though.

Numa Lisbon Rato was a lovely building, the apartments were great, clean, high quality. The area was nearby good food/drink locations and a 2 supermarkets a couple minutes away. Multiple transport options nearby or can walk to the centre of Lisbon in 20-25 minutes. However, my biggest issue is the air con, even though it's turned on you can't feel it and have no control over it. It wasn't warm in Lisbon 15-20 degrees but the room was still warm. I would not stay here during the peak of summer weather

I stayed at Numa rato from Nov 10 to 19th while my booking was from 10th to 23rd , had to checkout 4 days earlier because of a personal emergency. Numa is a fully self service concept , room was nice and clean but my stay was a bit longer and had to manage the cleaning etc myself. Also Numa showed no mercy in accomodating my emergency request for leaving early and charged me for entire two weeks until 23rd instead of 19th.

Værelset var virkede nyt, fint og rent, men det så større ud på billederne (vi havde booket det extra large studio). I forhold til hvad et andet hotel ville koste, var det ærgerligt der ikke var personlig service eller noget rengøring i de fem dage vi var der. Jeg blev lidt træt af chatbotten. Indtjekning var dog super nem og der var det vi havde brug for. Location var ok. Til sidst stod der at vinduerne var sikrede, så de ikke kunne åbne. Men det formåede vores lille dreng alligevel. Heldigvis skete der ikke noget.

Buena estancia

La estancia en si bastante buena, la limpieza y ubicación muy buenos, el desayuno es en el hotel de enfrente pero la calidad muy alta. Quizás un poco frío el no tener interlocutor físico para solucionar problemas. Los baños no están indicados y después de un viaje largo y tener las claves de acceso al hotel. Tardar 10 minutos en encontrar unos baños dando vueltas por todo el hotel no es agradable.
