The appartment hasn't been cleaned properly. There was dirt under the beds and mold in the filter of the coffee machine. Although we asked to move into another appartment and despited some vacancies we were told that the complex would be fully booked.

No pool open in July

There were no information on hotels.com about that the pool at the aparthotel did not open until July 15th. We arrived after the reception was open and got information on how to enter the apartment only in French. When people order through this site I expect information in English as well. The apartment itself was on the ground floor and had really bad kitchen equiptment. Items like glasses and cutlery were in addition stored at the other side of the living room, not in the kitchen. There were no aircondition which I would expect at the price we preyed and then when the pools were closed it became very hot. We drive an electrical car and there were no electrical outlet accessible outside or in the garage in the basement to charge the car.

Stay somewhere else! Communication and ownership is nonexistent at this property. Nor is respect. We were arriving on a Sunday afternoon. NO ONE at the property. Received an email with gate and lock box codes. NO envelope or keys inside. Emailed property and called no response. Waited hours with no response. The Emergency phone number, which we were told about when we left, was written ALL in French. (So if you don't read french or don't have a phone they don't care) The room we got was not fully clean. Squished bug on the wall, streaks on the walls and glass divider in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom was disgusting, i doubt it has Ever been cleaned. Half a roll of toilet paper. Dishes left in the dishwasher and a pot was dirty in the drawer under the tv. Spider webs above the patio doors. Shower head/wand was mounted on the wall just above the tap. You have to hold it in your one hand while showering as its aimed at your shins otherwise. Only positive was that there was adequate parking. When checking out we brought our concerns to the front desk lady (after spending 25mins on Expedia chat) to which all she did was make excuses and try to blame others and us (because we don't speak/read French)! Then she had the nerve to say she wouldn't charge us for a late check out! It was 10:50am. Are you kidding me. I usually take most little things with a grain of salt when traveling to other countries but after everything, not a chance. Should be rated at a 5/10 max.

Après m'avoir dit qu'il n'y avait pas de studio en rez-de-jardin et qu'on m'en attribuait un au premier étage m'a fait réagir parce que j'avais téléphoné avant de réserver pour être certaine qu'il y en avait un. Le geste de m'octroyer un appartement 1 chambre en rez-de-jardin a été fort apprécié. Le canapé lit fait un bruit terrible et n'est pas du tout confortable pour regarder la télévision, soit sa première utilisation. La bouilloire est terriblement sale de calcaire. Le lit est très confortable, le débit d'eau est super, les poêles sont neuves et la présence d'un grille-pain est fort apprécié. La poussière est bien présente partout et un nettoyage à fond est requis, mais pour deux nuits, c'était correct.

L'equipe d'accueil est au top. Souriantes, agreables, à votre service. Rien à dire! Alors, c'est très eco-responsable de ne pas avoir de clim.. mais en periode de canicule c'est très difficile.. nuits bcp trop chaudes, les ventilateurs ne suffisent pas.. on peut faire courant d'air.. mais bcp trop de bruit de la rue.. poubelles à 4h , traffic routier.. Sinon jolie piscine mais qui ferme trop tôt. 19h quand il fait encore 34° on aimerait bien pouvoir se baigner jusqu'à 22h! L'appart en lui-même très bien.
