The room was very clean. And I had problems with the black out curtains and they got maintenance to come in and help promptly. During the endeavor my cat, who’s an ESA disappeared into literal thin air. They helped me check the room and under the bed… literally everywhere. They were even checking the cameras and the neighboring rooms that were cleaned. Well an hour or two later — after I am already distraught and in tears… she jumps on the bed and gives a meow. I look at her and tell her she is a chronic pita! I proceeded to tell her she took at least 5 years off my life and how I didn’t appreciate how she chose to promptly ignore my calls and go missing in action. Meanwhile ESA dog was trying to console me but I seriously wasn’t having it until I found her. Aside from this event it was a great stay! But it wasn’t anyone’s fault but my cat’s! So I don’t hold them responsible if anything they went above and beyond to help me because they texted the entire staff her photo to look out for her. So i am truly impressed at their efforts to help me locate her! I have stayed here many times when my ac has gone out at various complexes in the area and I will choose to stay here again because of the exceptional service. They are truly unmatched and I will never forget the people who helped me that day.

Staff is very professional with great customer service skills. Room was very modern, spacious, & clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, fluffy towels & pillows. Walls may be a bit thin as experienced a rude, noisy neighbor slamming doors & had his TV turned up to high volume late at night. The staff were very receptive & quick to alleviate when I called to report. Thanks for a wonderful stay. I have already passed on this info to my family & entire rowing team for their next Austin regatta.

Second stay and this was even better. We had a room on 4th floor and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and breakfast is outstanding. WiFi is fast. Only issue is that door to bathroom does not close which does not give any privacy. We can definitely recommend and we’ll stay again if in Austin.

Excellent place with large spacious room that was very clean. Nice staff and wonderful breakfast (for a chain hotel). Parking is somewhat expensive but you can easily park for free on the street. The only issue we had was that it was very noisy from street and other rooms on the street level (but it was a Saturday) and that the water pressure was a bit weak. But we can absolutely recommend and have already booked another stay.
