Staff is extremely friendly and energetic. Bed is comfy and clean. Air conditioning is quiet and cool enough, very comfy. Pillows are great and comfy too. Bathroom’s design is so so. Gym is below standard for such a new hotel, not even a cable machine. it cannot be called a gym room based on Bangkok Hotels’ standard. Overall, still very happy with the stay. Thank you
