The TV didn't work, there were cockroaches in the room and other bugs in the bed that bit me so badly I could sleep and my back was bleeding the next morning from itching. The staff thought this was totally normal and didn't feel they should even refund me anything so if hotels.com does nothing, I'll be filing several public complaints

The service at the hotel was fine. The people who worked at the front desk were very friendly however, it seems that the cleaning staff isn’t very attentive to their work.. I went to take a shower and the bathtub was covered in dirt. It was absolutely disgusting.
