They have long term residents staying at this property. Dont expect them to be friendly. Your just a torn in there side and the quicker you leave the happier they are. The property is crap. Minimum upkeep going on around the building. The apartment and room are not bad they were pretty clean. The bathroom sink was gross. Someone with no home training treated it like a dumpster. The bath tub felt like it was going to fall through the floor. I would never stay there again.

I really had a pretty good experience until the moment I was told an error was made with my reservation and I'd have to change rooms to one where I'd be the lone female. I guess these are share lodgings, but I don't think that putting a lone female with a bunch of males would be all that safe for the female

I have been to many terrible places but this is the first where I felt worried for my life. Someone who is not even a member of staff routinely ordered around and threatened guests throughout my stay. At one point he produced a weapon! He regularly reminds people of his time in prison. These behaviors are intended to be intimidating and evidence of what is legal assault. (He also aggressively pursued me in extremely inappropriate intimate conversation even after I was firm about my orientation). There is no reason that any guest should ever have to experience this outrageous disrespect. This person and the owners are in danger of civil damages and possibly criminal action for their refusal to confront or remove him. I made them aware several times and was ignored. The property is also in an unsafe neighbourhood. Go here only if you are desperate for cheap housing and your personal safety is not that important to you. This place is straight up dangerous!

Someone who isn’t even part of staff and recently released from prison runs this property like he is still a cell boss. You will experience threats if you don’t comply to his rules. I have even seen him showing a weapon. I made the owners aware but they do not care. On top of that, it’s in a sketchy neighborhood. No reason to stay here unless you are desperate for cheap housing. It is straight up dangerous!

Don't stay here!

After seeing the property left and made other arrangements. You only rent a bed here other people you don't know stay in same room with you. Staff doesn’t speak local language and wouldn't hold still long enough to use google translate.
