The receptionist was super sweet, and helpful when we had some questions. Property itself wasn't too far from the station, but it's definitely not the closest when dragging your bags to and from the station. I like that there is a handful of food options by the hotel, and Lalaport mall is super close to here as well. Rooms were clean, comfortable, no issues with it.

Everything from the start, to the finish of our stay was great. We had smooth check-in and smooth check-out. I was able to have a Hotspot delivered to the hotel and pick it up at the front desk. The deal for breakfast that was included was worth it, and the portions were large! I would come here again if I'm back in the area.

10 mins walk from Keisei Funabashi station but is a reasonable distance with this price. Nakau is located just downstair and 7-Eleven is just 2 mins walk from hotel. Lawson is about 5 mins walk from hotel. Will definitely stay at this hotel again for my next trip to Japan.

船橋駅から　NTTの鉄塔目指して分かり易く徒歩で着く。1Fエレベーター手前奥が『なか卯』と繋がっていてとても便利。ふなっしーLANDまで徒歩で行く予定が　豪雨。フロントでタクシー手配して貰い　助かりました。またリピしたいです。

部屋が清潔でエアコンの効きもよく 4日間とても快適に過ごせました。 ちょっと排水溝の匂いがまた気になりましたが構造的に仕方ないですのかね… 下にはなか卯、近くの裏路地にスーパー、隣にはセブンイレブンがあり便利でした。 ホテルの方達もとても親切で急な雨で傘を貸してくださったり、笑顔で対応していただいたり嬉しかったです！毎晩いただけるアメニティも助かりました。出張の際はまたお世話になります、ありがとうございました。

Great place for a quick overnight stay. Just a short walk from Funabashi station but can be awkward if you have large luggage to walk with. Compact rooms but enough space for 2 people. We booked two rooms and they were across the hall which was great for our family of four. Breakfast was wonderful and delicious. Front desk staff were very polite and kind.
