Eric met us at the door and he was so friendly the whole trip. The cleaning staff were so kind and the front desk were very professional. They had upgraded our room without asking for it and the trip was remarkable. It felt so nice to walk into a cold space after the hot days. The only slight minor downsides but worth mentioning in the review was the living room ac worked way better than the room ones so we ended up sleeping in the living room a lot. And the toilets were meh. We had issues flushing and would often need to take the lid off the top to ensure they worked properly but it really wasn’t a concern. The beds were comfortable. The staff again was so kind. My son loved the fish and the turtles. The pools where great and the hot tub was a joy to use despite the heat and humidity. I would highly recommend this property. I felt it was in a good location and with the doors shut we couldn’t hear any party noise. We spent nearly two weeks there and for the price it was very affordable. And Eric, thank you I really appreciated talking to him!

The location, cleanliness and customer service was excellent. There is an Oceanside and a beachside to the resort. If you book beachside, there isn’t an elevator. Just so people are aware if they have mobility issues. Rooms are generous in size. The beach is a fishing dock, so they have a shuttle to another beach. Would stay here again.
