Got there and told us the The room we reserved was overbooked; they gave us a small room and we are all tall people. Had to get and pay for an extra room because we didnt fit. They told me it was a "system" mistake and ended up having to pay for their system's flaw...Not fair. Rooms are VERY dark, only one lamp working.
