The floor had something sticky on it over by the window. Someone was smoking cigarettes nearby--even though every room says no smoking. You could hear people talking and yelling ALL night long. There was absolutely No toilet paper...not even a toilet paper holder, so it wasn't an accidental stocking issue. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were pathetic.

I made a reservation at the West Jordan location nearly two weeks in advance. When I arrived around 5 PM to check in, I was told there were no rooms available. The only option offered was to drive to a different location in Draper. Unfortunately, this was very inconvenient, as we were in the area to celebrate my husband’s birthday and had planned everything nearby. This situation felt unprofessional and poorly managed. As a result, I had to book another hotel at the last minute and pay a higher rate just to avoid canceling our plans. I would not recommend making a reservation here, as it seems reservations are not guaranteed. Please be aware before booking. --The hotel’s.com customer service chat was very helpful in assisting me with getting a refund. They were understanding, responsive, and made the process much easier. Thank you!

The room was very clean. The bathroom and kitchen areas were very clean. I wish there were more towels in the bathroom and it could have used paper towels and tissues. These are suites after all. Netflix is listed on the TV but you can't get to it so fix that Shiz. The beds were very good and comfortable. Check in was problematic but luckily the desk agent was able to assist.
