I made a reservation at the West Jordan location nearly two weeks in advance. When I arrived around 5 PM to check in, I was told there were no rooms available. The only option offered was to drive to a different location in Draper.
Unfortunately, this was very inconvenient, as we were in the area to celebrate my husband’s birthday and had planned everything nearby. This situation felt unprofessional and poorly managed.
As a result, I had to book another hotel at the last minute and pay a higher rate just to avoid canceling our plans.
I would not recommend making a reservation here, as it seems reservations are not guaranteed. Please be aware before booking.
