We had a great stay here. The location was great for a family stay. Away from the crowd and still close to everything: The room we had was perfect and the beds were so so comfy!! Staff was super friendly and nice. I definitely recommend staying here.

Motel is super convenient to everything. Rooms are very nice and clean. Property is dated and pool is shut down due to hurricane. Staff is excellent. Love the fact you walk right outside to your own picnic table and can be in the ocean quickly.

I was pleasantly surprised. Due to Hurricane Milton, the area suffered some damage, but the property seemed fine and my unit was quite good. Spacious. Comfy. Convenient. Able to make a meal there.

Vicky and Tim were great! Our AC didn’t work but Vicky and Tim gave us a portable ac unit. Vicky deserves an award, she does it all!! Ftont desk, management and housekeeping. I am an Area Operations Manager for several hotels in Orlando and for het yo be a one women show is remarkable. She does it with a smile. My husband and I had a great time and we will definitely be back again.

Check-in was a breeze! My husband and I were greeted by Sharon the housekeeper and on-site helper. She showed us to our room and was extremely helpful .The Oceanside room we had was clean, modern and roomy. A huge Plus was the well-equipped kitchen. The general manager Jill takes great care of the property and went above and beyond! I definitely would recommend this place to family and friends. We will be back for sure!!

The rooms are nicely decorated almost like you are staying in a boutique motel. The outside could use a pressure washing. The pool was being repaired because of the hurricane that hit the area a while back. Check in is by phone. You are given the combo to get your key from a realtor type lock box. The price for what you get is unbeatable!!!

For the price...this was an excellent value. I was in the Deluxe Studio Suite which was the front room closest to the beach. The view of the beach (over and beyond the closed pool) is great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette is very basic, but with the things I brought from home, it was okay for just me. Sharon, the housekeeper, was very friendly and accommodating, answering any questions and making sure I had everything I needed. With all that said, I would stay in the same room again.

Promised an ocean view got the only room that didn't have an ocean view right behind the office next to the highway where you could hear every vehicle and every conversation on the sidewalk along the street in our room. The front door didn't seem to have a seal and couldn't hardly get any sleep there. Take a shower and the water pools out in front of the toilet. Had planned to stay there three nights decided we couldn't do it. they promised to refund our money through Expedia and then changed their minds. we left anyway

Is not worth it

Outdated and uncared. The check in process took 2hrs and I ended up in a motel due to lack of clean rooms and available keys. Construction was going in the relocated motel and they continue to bang on the ceiling until well past 9pm.

Floors stay wet from the humidity. Air condition did not work correctly. Base boards were full of sand, had not been cleaned in a while. There’s no one working in the front desk, so we only had 2 washrags and 4 towels for the 2 of us for the 4 days we were there. Could not park on the grounds because there were only 4 parking spots, had to park in the road across the street. Internet service was spotty, tv kept buffering.

I received an email regarding parking at the property. We had 2 rooms. 2 vehicles. And a parking pass would be on the table in the room waiting for us to display on our dashboard. Well that was completely wrong. There was no parking passes. Lady in the office told us that the county took over their parking lot, We could park across the street or in one of the 5 spaces at the hotel. Beach parking was $30 a day. We had to play the game of trying to find a parking spot for 4 days. We had very limited and spotty TV service. Our bathroom door never closed fully. Never had clean towels replaced. The other room front door had to be locked for it to stay closed, That room was given brand new bath towels, unwashed and had price tags still on them, It was like "drying off with wax paper". Both rooms were to be King efficiency. Only one was. One night we got back to our rooms after a long day out and wanted to rest but the rooms smelled terribly of marijuana. So many details were listed on the amenities and few were delivered. I would not recommend this place to others or stay here again. Was not worth it. Would like a partial refund for all of our inconveniences from the property.

I went over the weekend and had alot of issues. First we couldn’t get into the room. They had two locks on door because someone tried breaking in at one point so they have double key boxes on it. So I called the place a lady said no one was on site so a gentleman came and he smelt like straight alcohol. He had to push hard on the door for it to open. Then I had no parking pass in the room like I was supposed too. They defiantly don’t clean the rooms well because there was sand all over the floor. I get we are on a beach but being that they have a house keeper before each reservation you should be doing the floor. Before putting shoes on to go out I had to scrub my feet with a towel. My main concern is it was supposed to be a non smoking room and smelt like straight smoke in the room and I’m a severe asthmatic and had to use my inhaler several times. It’s a ghost town at this hotel. No one round if you need something. Very disappointed.
