We loved this Riad. Very traditional and peaceful. the rooms were lovely and clean. the courtyard was beautiful. the breakfast was delicious. they did everything there to help us be comfortable. Thank you! we will come back

You generally get what you pay for. The riad is very centrally located, with short walking distance to most places, which is a big plus. The rooms are of an acceptable standard, but I would recommend avoiding the rooms in the annex, as they are more basic and there is quite a lot of noise there. The cleaning was good, but we had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper several times during our stay, which brings down the overall impression. The staff at the reception and during breakfast were friendly and service-minded. Unfortunately, we experienced that the management did not follow through on what was promised, which was disappointing. There was a good breakfast served on the rooftop terrace, which was a nice touch. The pool is mainly decorative and not really suitable for swimming. We would gladly return to Marrakech.

Personalen va inte på topp, fick vänta en del vid incheck. Vi hade ett rum mot gränden som va störande ljud på natten. Så se till att få ett rum längre in. Poolen va nog inte till att användas. Frukosten och takterassen va bra.

The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The road is located very centrally and is within walking distance to main attractions in the Medina. The room was ok - we stayed for 2 nights and that was brought for us. The bed and pillows were fairly uncomfortable, and the room wasn't soundproof - we could hear others around us moving furniture or talking in the corridors. The shower operated at less than half pressure. On our second morning there, they ran out of eggs at breakfast meaning we only had small crepes and a bit of fruit (which is fine for some but not substantial for most). 2 nights there was fine

Warning! property was great, staff were super friendly. However we were put across the road in a seperate building. The first night was horrible, after complaining they moved us. Was like a completely different experience. They shouldn’t be charging the same amount to stay in the crap place across the road. Main hotel was beautiful, full of light and a cute pool in the middle. Checkout took a long time

Al nostro arrivo, la responsabile che ci ha accolti, ci ha assegnato una camera situata in un posto adiacente al Riad, non facente parte della struttura: a saperlo avremmo scelto altro. Pulizia da migliorare, il personale invece molto disponibile. Non ci tornerei.
