Location is handy being right across from a place with food drinks and music. We could walk places and leave car at motel. Rooms are tiny, but clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice having a little deck in front with a view of the bay/lake. Grounds were clean and well kept. We've stayed here before and will stay again.
