The front desk left the phone off the hook for 24 hours, making it impossible to get through, and the broken Wi-Fi, which they assured would be fixed soon, was never restored during my stay. As I was on a business trip, the lack of internet access and the inability to reach the front desk by phone forced me to visit the desk in person every time. Despite no one appearing to use the phone when I visited, they consistently left it in an off-the-hook state. This was an incredibly frustrating experience.
