First off amazing rooms and facilities, new, modern and very clean. The views are fantastic, the location is so convenient to Santa Cruz beach, shopping and dining. The breakfast and dinner service is better then any all inclusive I’ve ever stayed at. A few glitches that need to be worked out. You need to take 3 elevators to get to the top floors and they broke down twice during our stay. They do not offer room service and are not allowed to take food from the restaurant to your room. So kinda inconvenient when one of our family got sick. You do share the beach club with the Binniguenda so that can get busy and a shortage of seating. However there is a private pool that was quieter and well maintained. Francisco was a great server at that pool. He was very attentive and offered great service Overall I would stay there again. For the rooms alone.

Fantastic new hotel. Ocean view rooms have a great view of the beach and water. Food is typical for all inclusive resorts. Staff is great but very limited English understanding….but then I have very limited Spanish abilities so why should I complain.

Hotel nuevo con buen servicio y ubicación

El hotel es nuevo por lo que hay varios aspecto a mejorar. La alberca del club playa y el acceso a la playa lo cierran a las 17:00. La alberca para los huéspedes del hotel es hasta las 22:00. Las comidas y bebestibles están de promedio para arriba. Solo el desayuno no es buffet es a la carta por lo que no es muy variado.El cuarto es grande pero al estar en 1er piso no tiene vista a ninguna parte. Tiene buena ubicación cerca del embarcadero y acceso directo a la playa pública donde encuentras pequeños restaurantes para comer.

Las instalaciones son nuevas y muy bonitas, el servicio es PÉSIMO y en relación calidad precio deja TODOOOO que desear, es todo incluido donde te ofrecen bebidas de muy mala calidad con pocas opciones, la persona que atiende en el club de playa es muy atenta desafortunadamente se ve opacado por las opciones que ofrecen, el desayuno, comida y cena de muy mala calidad y con pocas opciones (2) y si se acaba pues te quedas sin alimentos ñ, en verdad MUY MALO, no volvería y NUNCA lo recomendaría.
