We looooved this place. Absolutely fantastic for the money! The man running the place is very polite welcoming and helpful! The rooms are really big! And the AC cold! Especially helpful in July! Great size apartment. Well equipped. Washing machine was very useful. Staff are all super nice. Good location. Some drawbacks. The bed is pretty uncomfortable, pillows are hard and only parts of the building are air conditioned so the rooms don’t cool down that much. We had lots of banging and crashing around from one of the apartments above us that went on until after midnight.

Unexpectedly nice space. Having the kitchen was a huge plus, as we were looking to have a couple of lower cost (and veggie heavy) meals. Laundry in-suite also - if doing a longer trip, would recommend this place to break up the cycle of eating out and the convenience of cleaning your clothes. Affordable and convenient - close to Osaka palace, close to metro stops and grocery store a couple of blocks away.

When we were struggling to get to the airport with all our luggage, they kindly booked a taxi for us at the last minute – a real lifesaver!

Very good apartment hotel with necessary amenities in the room. Spacious too. The most convenient for us is that there’s a washing plus dryer (2 in one) machine in the hotel room. We need not to hang clothes after washing so save time and energy after a day’s tour. It’s also close to train stations, two convenient stores and a big supermarket. We will surely stay in this hotel again when we visit Osaka next time.
