Disappointing Stay – Poor Housekeeping and Unfriendly Staff
We stayed at Ramada expecting the usual standard of service from an international hotel brand, but unfortunately, our experience fell short.
When we returned to our room after a full day of sightseeing with our two children, we were disappointed to find it hadn’t been cleaned. It was 10:30 PM and all we wanted was to shower and rest, but there was no housekeeping available. The lady at reception was the only one on duty and appeared visibly overwhelmed. She informed us that Guest Relations would assist us the next day, which did nothing to help in the moment.
To make matters worse, not a single staff member offered to help us with our luggage upon arrival. Basic courtesies like a warm welcome or simple assistance were lacking throughout our stay.
Based on recent reviews, it’s clear that poor housekeeping and substandard service are not isolated incidents. This is particularly disappointing considering the premium price we paid.
This hotel seriously needs to review its staffing, training, and customer service standards. We will not be returning or recommending to family and friends
