The property was very nice. With the shared common space this would be especially good for small groups; the two of us were the only guests this time so we had it all to ourselves, including the well-appointed kitchen and laundry facilities. Being able to descend directly to the bistro for a delicious breakfast was very welcome. The only drawback would be for someone with mobility issues: the rooms are on an upper floor so stairs are a factor. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come this way!

It is a charming inn located in town. The bakery and pastry shop downstairs have an excellent selection of food. The staff are helpful and friendly. Alice was particularly charming; she is really nice.

The bakery is right below the rooms and the smell of fresh baked pastries are a welcoming start to the morning. Tremendous breakfast superior to any other stay is part of the booking. Highly recommend. Photos are current on website. Best value !

I can’t say enough great things about this place - it felt like I was in France. Perfect location for a weekend of gravel cycling. The staff were super friendly, and the owners went out of their way to make me feel right at home. A place to stash my bike, the use of their hose to clean off my bike and the food was amazing … and the local beer selection top notch.

The proprietor is friendly and super helpful, the bakery/cafe is delicious! The common area is stocked with pots/pans and utensils so you can easily prepare a meal if you wish. Clean, comfortable rooms and excellent linens. Nice area close to a market and a restaurant. I would stay here again! Be aware that there is a flight of stairs to get to the hostel area (above the cafe) and more stairs to get to 2 of the rooms.

I loved the room. However, it would have been nice to have a comfy chair and foot rest. I would stay again, but ask for room 1 or 2, since it's on the same floor as the bathroom. The country side was glorious in it's fall colours!..

Very pleasant property and nice cafe with good breakfast. Innkeeper was very personable. Only two minor issues - we were on the top floor and the ceiling was very low so we had to be very careful not to bump our heads. The other issue was that the bathroom and shower were on a separate floor. These were minor issues though, and overall we really enjoyed our stay.
