Good Value

The hotel was clean, the bed comfortable, and the wifi worked well enough. It looks like most rooms face the pool, so be aware that if there are guests playing loud music at night, you can hear everything. Overall the service was OK, some staff was friendlier than others.

We were surprised how large the overall room was; however, we quickly discovered that it lacked the basic necessities of a well-equipped hotel room. It had a table we were able to put our small suitcases on but no closet nor any hooks to hang a few clothing items. We were cold our first night and asked for a thin blanket but were told they did not have any blankets so they gave us a second sheet to cover up with. The bathroom did not look clean upon check in - the bath mat was either filthy or heavily stained and the vanity looked like it hadn’t been cleaned any of the days we were there with multiple hairs upon check in. They rent out the pool towels but what frustrated us about that was they wouldn’t exchange them for a clean towel unless you continued to rent a new towel each day. Overall, it’s okay for a couple days but likely not for more than one week.

Nos hospedaron en una caja de zapatos, en verdad prometía mucho este lugar y salimos decepcionados. El cuarto es sumamente pequeño sin la más mínima vista agradable y tuvimos la compañía de 2 cucarachas en el baño durante nuestra estancia y una tercer cucaracha en el pasillo de área común. Decepcionante y asqueroso.

Es muy buen hotel para alojarse, el lugar es muy tranquilo no se escucha el ruido de los antros y bares, el café que está en la esquina es muy rico para comer o desayunar. Hay una tienda de conveniencia a la vuelta súper surtida, un poquito alejado de la playa, a paso lento quizá unos 15 min y para llegar al hotel hay que subir 2 calles empinadas y quizá eso pueda dificultar un poco pero nada de cuidado o importancia, muy cerca caminando del mercado zicatela
