The check is was terrible. Very long process as we are coming to rob the apartment. They took every single information from us. At some point I was scared to get scammed. The appointment was ok but not clean. There were insects flying (I took a photo). The washing machine is too small without any detergent (like they put shampoo and shower gel) they had to put at least for one cycle. Plus there is no dryer!!! How can we do the laundry? We had to find a 4 mins away laundry store. The contact is terribly misunderstood us. The extra pillows was dirty without clean covers. The ONLY thing I liked was the perfect location of the apartment. 2 mins for the luggage storage, 6 mins from the Duomo, 5 mins for the subway. The apartment is in the middle of the shopping area. I definitely not repeating this experience with this company

Well located but that's all

Appartement well located but with no charm. The digital check in process is a nightmare ( more than 2 days for pictures from your face and ID to be validated). There is an obligation to sign a contract and instructions to get in are unclear. I had to call to open the box with the keys. And not even coffee for the breakfast, you have to buy everything.

A localização e perfeita , 2 ou 3 quadras da Duomo! Tem restaurantes e cafes/padarias acessível e do ladinho ! So pela localização vale a pena ! Não tem orientações pra usar a máquina de lavar! A máquina de lavar estava mofada ! Então não consegui usa la ! Não deixam nenhum cafe ou cha pra vc , ou agua na chegada ! Eu fico la novamente
